Project outline

Business website package plus 200 business cards for Frankie Opie Business Coaching.

Project inclusions

• Domain Registration (frankieopie.com.au).

• 1 Year Web Hosting - Business (10GB Storage, 2GB Memory, 200% CPU).

• Website Design - Business (Up to 8 pages, responsive design, SEO friendly, contact form, logo placement, colour branding).

• Logo Design - Business (Bespoke graphic logo, 3 concepts, 3 variations, print ready files, CMYK & RGB formats).

• 200 Business Cards (3 concepts, 3 variations, your choice of gloss or matt finish).

• TypeCare Standard.

• 3 x 1HR training sessions (via Zoom).

Project timeline

• WEEK 1 - STRATEGY (10% Down Payment)

  We will arrange a meeting via Zoom (or in person if you prefer) to get to know your story, what's important for your business and what matters to your customers.

• WEEK 2 - PRINT CONCEPTS & VARIATIONS (20% Stage Payment)

  We will send you the logo and business card concepts for your project.

  We will address any feedback and provide updated concepts.

• WEEK 3 - WEB CONCEPT & VARIATIONS (20% Stage Payment)

  We will send you the website concept for your project.

  We will address any feedback and provide an updated website concepts.

• WEEK 4 - BUILD (30% Stage Payment)

  We will register your domain name and commence work on building your website.

  During this phase we will require your suggested content (copy) for the pages on your website. We may alter your wording to create more engaging content or improve Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

• WEEK 6 - TEST & OPTIMISE

  We will give you access to the development version of your website for you to test and review while we test your website's performance and chance of ranking for desirable keywords.

• WEEK 7 - TRAINING & LAUNCH (20% Final Payment)

  We will launch your production website and give you your first 1HR training session via Zoom.

Client agreement

By clicking I AGREE I confirm that I have read this project contract. I understand that if I do not respond to questions or requests for feedback that this may alter the project timeline. I agree that requests outside those specified in the Project Proposal, Project Contract and prior communications will incur additional costs and that these costs will be charged at the standard rate of $70 per hour.
