The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The promoter is Trevor R Petrie T/A Type Creative AUS (ABN 83255913925) of registered address 8 Jumbuck Lane, Strathfieldsaye, Victoria, Australia.

The abovementioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter.’

Elegibility

Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

To enter the competition an entrant must be locate din Australia and must have completed the following actions on Facebook or Linkedin.

1. Like Type Creative on Facebook or Follow Type Creative AUS on LinkedIn.
2. Subscribe to the Type Creative newsletter.
3. Like and Share our competetition post on Facebook or LinkedIn.
4. Leave a comment on our competetition post on Facebook or LinkedIn telling us what a new website would mean for you and your business.

The Prize

The winner will receive a free Single Page website, including free hosting and domain registration for 1 year. The total prize is valued at over $650. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.

The winner will be drawn on Saturday 31^st July 2021 and will be notified by email.

The winner’s name will be published in posts on our website, Facebook and LinkedIn.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

After the first year, web hosting renews at $12.95 per month and domain registration renews at $14.50 per year (.com.au) or $18.75 per year (.com).
